We are expanding our CONlub® specialty chemicals for lubricants portfolio with Naphthenic Acid (CAS 1338 24 5), now available in both Standard Grade and Superior Grade.
Naphthenic acid is a versatile raw material used in coatings, lubricants, catalysts, specialty oils, emulsifiers, rubber processing, agriculture and industrial chemicals.
As geopolitical tensions continue to challenge global supply chains, particularly around the Strait of Hormuz, reliable sourcing of critical petrochemical raw materials has become increasingly important. With this portfolio expansion we are further strengthens our commitment to providing European industry with dependable supply and technical expertise.
The product is available in two quality grades:
Superior Grade: Crude acid value ≥200 mg KOH/g, color ≤16 for demanding applications requiring maximum purity.
Standard Grade: Crude acid value ≥180 mg KOH/g, color ≤18 for cost effective performance across a broad range of industrial applications.
