CONflon® fluoroplastic dispersions are milky-white, water-based dispersions with a solids content between 50% (FEP and PFA) and 60-62% (PTFE) for various coating and impregnation applications.

We are offering the following fluoropolymers in dispersion:

• PTFE
• PFA
• FEP
• PVDF

 

Fluoropolymer coatings offer good chemical stability, a broad chemical resistance as well as a wide temperature application range.

We are also offering PFA and PVDF in powder form for coatings and for use as thickeners/binders for electrolyte slurries and cathode binder for Li-ion batteries (PVDF only).

FDA 21CFR 177.1550 and EU 10/2011 compliant grades are available. All fluoropolymer dispersions are manufactured PFOA/AFEO free and with a non-ionic surfactant.
