3D printing filaments

For professional 3D printing we offer special filaments:

1. SMP (Shape Memory Polymer) is special TPU as a filament for 3D printing by means of FDM/FFM/FLM which features offers Post-Print Customization with a shape memory effect.

Ø 1,75mm; Weight: 300gr. (Tolerance of +/- 0.1mm)
Ø 2,85mm; Weight: 750gr. (Tolerance of +/- 0.05mm)

Printing Guideline (Ultimaker): Guideline

Usage example: Example

Safety Data Sheet: SDS

Typical Printer settings:
Nozzle diameter: 0.4 ~ 1.0 mm
Nozzle temperature: 200~210 degrees Celsius
Platform Temperature: 0~45 degrees Celsius (Never over 55 degrees Celsius)
Modeling speed: 30 ~ 60 mm / s

*SMP changes the shape at temperatures above 55 degrees celsius.  Therefore, you have to check that the temperature of model is below 55 degree Celsius.  The printed product should be removed from the bed once the bed temperature is below 30 degrees Celsius.

2. FABRIAL™ -R is an ISO10993-5 (in vitro cytotoxicity) and ISO10993-10 (irritation and skin sensitization testing) certified TPE for 3D printing by means of FDM/FFM/FLM.

Ø 1,75mm; Weight: 500gr. (Tolerance of +/- 0.05mm)
Ø 2,85mm; Weight: 750gr. (Tolerance of +/- 0.05mm)

Technical Data Sheet: TDS

Safety Data Sheet: SDS

Typical printer settings:
Nozzle diameter: 0.6 ~ 0.8 mm
Nozzle Temperature:
1st Layer 159 degrees Celsius
After 2nd Layer 169 degrees Celsius
Platform temperature: 105 degrees Celsius.
Modeling speed: 10 ~ 35 mm / s
*From experience, 0.6 ~ 0.8 mm nozzle diameter is better for modeling by FABRIAL™-R.
*Please pay attention the temperature of nozzle.  If  FABRIAL™-R  is processed with to high temperatures, it will be carbonized in a nozzle of 3D printer.  When this happens, the nozzle needs to be replaced.
* Distance between feeder and nozzle should not exceed 10cm.

3. PPGW = Polypropylene glass wool filled

  • Very low shrinkage
  • No warping
